Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time

17 June 2018

This is what the kingdom of God is like.

Introduction

The kingdom of God is among us, but is not easy to see.  Yet, look again with eyes of faith and you will see it everywhere.

Todays Readings

First Reading: Ezekiel 17:22-24

All that is life flourishes by the power of God who creates and sustains us.

Second Reading: 2 Corinthians 5:6-10

In faith we focus our life on Christ Jesus, on his justice and his love.

Gospel: Mark 4:26-34

The reign of God is utterly certain.  God’s kingdom grows in our midst.
