Nineteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time

11 August 2019

“See that you are dressed for action.”

The journey to our heavenly home is a journey of faith.  We gather as a community of those who believe, giving thanks for the treasure that we have received, committing ourselves to pass it on to those who come after us.

The people expected the virtuous to be saved and their enemies to be punished.

Second Reading: Hebrews 11:1-2, 8-19
