Jesus took the loaves, gave thanks, and gave them out…as much as was wanted.

In Jesus we see the overflowing love of the heart of the Father, wanting to feed and satisfy all people.

FIRST FRIDAY DEVOTION On Friday, 3 August 2018, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will commence at 9:00 a.m. and continue until 5:00 p.m.  You are encouraged to spend an hour with the Lord.

 

BIRTHRIGHT A huge thank you for all who have returned their baby bottles.  There are still 47 left to be returned.  It is not too late to bring them back.  If you can, please do so as soon as possible, so that we might provide you with a grand total that was collected for our moms and babies.  May God bless you all.

PILGRIMAGE TO QUEBEC WITH HOLY FAMILY PARISH There are still some seats available for our pilgrimage to Quebec which will take place from Saturday-Monday, 25-27 August 2018, and will include visits to Saint Anne de Beaupre, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Cape, Notre Dame des Victoires in Old Quebec and the shrine of S. WORKSHOP REDISCOVERING THE ART OF DYING with presenter Sister Nuala Kenny.  Doctor Nuala Kenny is a physician, ethicist, and former Nova Scotia Deputy Minister of Health.  She is an expert in palliative and end-of-life care.  The workshop will take place on Saturday, 13 October 2018, from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 490 Days Road.  Registration is $10.00 (lunch included).
