Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time

8 July 2018

A prophet is only despised in his own country.

Introduction

St. Paul teaches us that God’s grace is enough for us, for God’s power is at its best in our weakness.

Todays Readings

First Reading: Ezekiel 2:2-5

Whether they listen or not, the rebels will know that there is a prophet among them.

Second Reading: 2 Corinthians 12:7-10

It is when he is weak that Paul is strong, through the grace of Christ dwelling in him.
