Twenty-Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time

15 September 2019

This son of mine…….was lost and is found.

Today Jesus tells us three stories of things lost to their rightful owners: a lost sheep, a lost coin, a lost son.  And so he invites us to return to our rightful master, our heavenly Father.

Todays Readings

In his mercy the Lord relents and does not bring on his people the disaster he had threatened.

Second Reading: 1 Timothy 1:12-17
